Emily Bright Kennedy graduated this week with her education degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton.

After Emily's husband died suddenly two years ago, she made it through that hard time thanks to her dog, Duncan.

As she prepares to become a teacher, Emily's trusty new therapy dog, Ruari, is by her side, ready to become a classroom dog wherever Emily's career takes her.
