No matter how bad the news gets, you can always bank on something completely wild happening in Florida.

We asked our panel: Out of these three news stories, which one was made up?

The meat-thieving gator

Police in Florida apprehended an alligator attempting to rob a grocery store. The 4-hundred-pound gator slipped past security and into the meat aisle of the Tarpon Springs supermarket. It downed over $1200 worth of beef before local authorities were able to subdue it.

The library foot-sniffer

Police arrested a man for allegedly crawling under library tables and smelling a woman's feet at Florida International University. He was caught riding a scooter a few miles away from the university.

Psalm AK-47

Spike's Tactical gun shop is selling a $1,400 "Christian" assault rifle called 'The Crusader.' It's inscribed with Psalm 144:1: "Blessed be the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle."
