Truck driver Samuel Martin is one of hundreds of people who spent more than twenty-four hours stranded on a highway in upstate New York during this snowstorm. And sure, the U.S. Senate failed to fast-track approval of the Keystone XL pipeline yesterday but North Dakota Senator John Hoevin says it'll be a different story come January.
