Ferguson: former Seattle police chief
A former police chief who handled massive riots in Seattle in 1999 -- a response that has been critized as heavy-handed -- looks back on his mistakes. And, sees history repeating itself in Ferusgon. Norm Stamper says the initial response by police there, did nothing to protect citizens. And, only made a tense situation worse.
