Recipe: No Knead Rosemary Focaccia
There's no need to stress when it comes to baking this classic, flavourful No Knead Rosemary Focaccia bread. It's easy to make and will melt in your mouth!
Ingredients
- 3 ¼ cup bread flour
- ½ tsp instant yeast
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
Topping:
- Pinch of sea salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Combine flour, yeast, salt and rosemary in large bowl. Add water and mix with hands or spoon until combined. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let proof for 8-24 hours.
Sprinkle board with flour and transfer dough to board. Form with hands into a loose ball. Transfer seam side down onto an oiled sheet tray or baking dish of desired shape. Gently form dough into desired shape. Cover with plastic wrap and rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 450F. Use fingertips to dock dough all over surface. Lift up dough gently to let out any air bubbles. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
Place in middle rack in oven, bake for 20-24 minutes.
