Dancer Caddy Superville breaks down our current dance obsession.

Caitlin "Caddy" Superville has been dancing since she was 13 years old, and she's shared the stage and screen with artists ranging from Drake to Kiesza. But now she wants to teach you how to waack.

Created in the LGBTQ clubs of Los Angeles during the 1970s disco era, waacking is a staple in every modern dancer's repertoire and can be a secret weapon during a dance battle. In this video, Superville is joined by Samantha Schleese and Melissa Hart (aka SaMel Tanz), and the trio give us the 411 on how to waack. But beware! Without proper technique, it can go very wrong very quickly. That said, feel free to try this one at home.
