Through the Mealshare program, for every meal ordered at a participating restaurant, a dollar is donated that buys lunch for a hungry child.

Andrew Hall and Jeremy Bryant are 26-year-old cousins from Calgary who've been collaborating all their lives. Their most recent project: a plan to end youth hunger in Canada within their lifetime.

It's a lofty goal, but they have made impressive inroads with their organization Mealshare. Their simple approach: buy one meal, give one meal.

Hall and Bryan are two of a new generation of passionate change-makers profiled in CBC's new series We Are Canada. Watch the series Sundays at 7 p.m. on CBC and online.
