Report says St. John's councillor breached code of conduct in voting on 2024 budget
St. John's Councillor Ron Ellsworth, who is also a real estate agent, profited when the city purchased land from one of his clients last June. But as the CBC's Mark Quinn reports, the city isn't accepting all of the report's findings.
