Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre said Friday that he has written a letter to Governor General Mary Simon calling for Parliament to be recalled and for a non-confidence vote to be held before the end of the year. He said he's also encouraging the leaders of the NDP and Bloc Québécois to write to the Governor General.
