Councillors Sonya Sharp and Terry Wong are bringing forward a Notice of Motion titled "Infrastructure Health, Safety, and Reliability - Bowness & Montgomery." They want a review of underground infrastructure in the neighbourhoods as well as a pause on certain housing developments.
