Neil Young to headline as Glastonbury releases full lineup

Canadian singer-songwriter Neil Young is one of the headliners at the 2009 Glastonbury Festival, which features more than 350 acts making it one of the largest music festivals in the U.K.
Young, known for songs such as Ohio and more recently Living with War, is also a headliner at the Isle of Wight Festival in the U.K. this summer.
He appears opening night June 26, while Bruce Springsteen and British band Blur headline the following two days.
Other Canadian performers scheduled to play the fest include Metric and Toronto DJ/producer Deadmau5.

There is also a roster of old favourites such as:

Other bands booked for the three-day event include:
  • Franz Ferdinand.
  • Ting Tings
  • The Wombats
  • Kasabian.
