Halifax Regional Police say they don't believe the shooting of three people in Dartmouth was a random act.

Police spokesperson&nbsp;Const. Martin Cromwell says none of the victims sustained life-threatening injuries on Monday.

Officers were dispatched to an address on Ruben Court around 11:35 p.m. AT.

Police found a man and two women suffering from gunshot wounds, and all three were taken to the hospital.

Cromwell says the police investigation is in its early stages.

Police are asking&nbsp;witnesses to come forward with information or video.

Christan Rankin says the scaffolding wrapped around Obladee wine bar, which he co owns in downtown Halifax, is making it difficult for people to know whether it is open and harming the business.

Scaffolding has surrounded Obladee since 2023 when HRM ordered the property owner to repair the building's facade, but no work has been done. Obladee's owners say the scaffolding is keeping business away and they want the city to get involved. Gareth Hampshire has the story.
