Actress and internet star, Veronika Slowikowska (@veronika_iscool on Instagram and TikTok), is about to step into a real-life thriller. She has been invited to investigate one of the most haunted places in all of Canada in Season 2 of Ghosting with Luke Hutchie and Matthew Finlan.

Her friends and show hosts Luke Hutchie (the skeptic) and Matthew Finlan (the believer) surprise Veronika, taking her hundreds of feet underground to ghost hunt in the Bell Island Mines. Since the 1950s, the #2 Mines on Bell Island have been abandoned, but local lore states that it is far from empty, as people have reported several ghosts occupying the mines. These spirits include a child, a miner — said to have been sliced in half by a mine cart while working in the mine — and a naval soldier.

In this clip, Veronica and friends try to make contact with the ghost(s) who seem to want to talk to Veronika alone.
