Halifax Regional Police consider a woman's death in north-end&nbsp;Halifax on Friday to be suspicious.

Police are asking for the public's help after a 40-year-old woman found in the roadway near Gottingen Street and Bloomfield Street later died in hospital from her injuries.

First responders&nbsp;found the woman around 7 p.m.
