A 29-year-old man is in hospital after being shot in Winnipeg's Osborne Village neighbourhood early Thursday morning.

They found the 29-year-old inside, suffering from a gunshot wound, and gave him emergency medical care.
He was taken to hospital in unstable condition but has since been upgraded to stable condition, police said in a Thursday news release.
Police were seen going into and out of the Moonlight Lounge on Osborne Street later Thursday morning.
The person or people involved in the shooting fled before officers arrived, and the firearm they believe was used in the shooting has not been found, police said.
