A 33-year-old woman is charged with second-degree murder in the death of a man from northern Manitoba who was assaulted on Dugas Street in St. Boniface in late December.
Police arrested Anissa Christy Pompana on Arlington Street north of Notre Dame Avenue on Thursday in connection with the killing of Byron Frederick Moose, 50, on Dec. 27, police said in an update on Monday.
