The Canadian indie rock/shoegaze band Ombiigizi is a collaboration between Anishnaabe artists Adam Sturgeon (Status/Non Status) and Daniel Monkman (Zoon). Sturgeon joins Tom Power to break down the title track off their new album, Shame, and what they find helpful about embracing and interacting with negative emotions.
