The northeast Winnipeg riding of Rossmere has existed since 1969.
Its northern boundary runs east from Henderson Highway along Chief Peguis Trail to Gateway Road, and then extends north along Gateway to city limits. From there, it extends to the southeast to Springfield Road.
Its western border is Henderson Highway from Chief Peguis to McLeod Avenue. Its southern boundary primarily follows McLeod Avenue to Molson Street, and then Grassie Boulevard to Plessis Road.
The riding includes the neighbourhoods of Rossmere, Springfield Heights, and North Kildonan.
The riding's population is 21,690, according to Elections Manitoba's 2023 riding profile (compiled using data from the 2021 census).
According to the riding profile, the median age of the riding is slightly older than the provincial median, at 41.2 in Rossmere compared to 38.4 provincewide. The census found the median household income in the area is $82,000.

Incumbent Andrew Micklefield won the riding for the PCs in 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, it was held by the NDP (MLAs Harry Schellenberg from 1999 to 2007 and Erna Braun from 2007 until 2016).
