Ekow Nimako is a Toronto-based artist who's transformed Lego into a medium for really powerful works of art. He spends hours snapping black plastic bricks together to create futuristic Afrocentric cities. Nimako's mission is to imagine new monuments for Black youth who may not see themselves in existing statues and sculptures. He joins Q's Tom Power (external link)to tell us more about his work.
