AP Dhillon, the internationally renowned Punjabi Canadian rapper who is based in Victoria, performed at the 2023 Juno Awards on March 13. He has enjoyed success on global charts and built a massive fan base around the world and online (hundreds of millions streams on Spotify as well as on YouTube).
