Incumbent and former councillor among Osgoode contenders

5 men running in Osgoode

When Doug Thompson decided not to run again in Osgoode — after a decade of representing the sprawling rural ward — he backed newcomer George Darouze.
Darouze is now a two-term incumbent, and is running for re-election. And Thompson has put his name on the ballot to run against him.
The two men are joined on the ballot by Bruce Anthony Faulkner, Bob Masaro and Dan O'Brien.
Election day is Monday, Oct. 24. For more information about where and how to vote, visit the city's election page(external link).
