The race in Ward 17 Capital features incumbent Shawn Menard up against two challengers.
Menard first won election in 2018, picking up just over 28 per cent of the votes cast, and narrowly beat the second place finisher.
Rebecca Bromwich and Daniel Rogers are looking to unseat the councillor.
Election day is Monday, Oct. 24.
