Much smaller field of candidates in Orléans East-Cumberland

There are 3 candidates running in this race, far fewer than the 17 who ran in 2018

Two candidates are challenging the incumbent in the newly drawn Orléans East-Cumberland — a much shorter list than the 17 candidates who ran in the area in 2018.
Four years ago Matthew Luloff beat out 16 other candidates for the job.
Luloff took home about 24 per cent of the ballots casts, beating out Catherine Kitts by less than 300 votes. In 2020, Kitts ran, and won, in a byelection in Cumberland Ward (Ward 19), now called Orléans South-Navan.
This time around in Orléans East-Cumberland, there are just two challengers: Rosemee Cantave and Tessa Franklin.
Election day is Monday, Oct. 24. For more information about where and how to vote, visit the city's election page(external link).
