Multiple injuries in early morning shooting in ByWard Market

Ottawa police are investigating after multiple people were injured in an early morning shooting on York Street.
Officers were called to the ByWard Market area at about 2:20 a.m. on Friday, police said on social media.
Three men were taken to hospital in serious but stable condition, according to paramedics. Their injuries weren't considered life threatening.
Later Friday morning, police said they had received information that two other men many have been hurt in the shooting, but that investigators are still working to determine if all the injuries are connected.
Both of those men are in stable condition, police said, and one attended a hospital outside of Ottawa for treatment.
Police haven't arrested a suspect and are looking for anyone who may have information or video footage of the incident.
