Mounties say a&nbsp;13-year-old girl who was reported missing in northern Manitoba has been found safe.

The girl was reported missing on Monday around 10 p.m. after she was last seen in Thompson, a city about 650 kilometres north of Winnipeg,&nbsp;RCMP said in a news release Wednesday.&nbsp;

By Thursday morning, police said she had been found safe.

Police say a missing teen who was last seen in her community near Lake Winnipegosis has been found safe.

RCMP asked the public for help to find the missing girl on Wednesday and she was located safe on Thursday.
