Former fashion mogul Peter Nygard is in a Toronto jail awaiting trial on charges of sexual assault. He's also facing extradition to the United States on charges of sex trafficking.

But victims in his hometown of Winnipeg tell The Fifth Estate they believe police and prosecutors there are unwilling to hold the city's former star citizen to account for his crimes.
