Charges dismissed at trial in Wagmatcook Provincial Court
Two sex charges against a Cape Breton man have been dismissed in court.
Trevor Patrick Brewer, 54, was arrested on Oct. 11 after police received a report of an assault in Tarbot, N.S.
The charges of sexual assault and sexual interference were dismissed at trial on June 8 in Wagmatcook Provincial Court.
A peace bond was granted that same day ordering him to stay away from three individuals, according to the province's Public Prosecution Service.
