A 13-year-old boy who had been missing since early October have been found, RCMP say.

The boy was first reported missing to St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP on Oct. 6

A news release issued Monday said the boy has now been safely located.

A previous version of this story had the boy's name and photograph. Those have now been removed to protect his privacy.
