Police investigating after video shows OPP officer shoving young boy in skate park

Peel Regional Police are investigating after a video shared to social media shows a member of the Ontario Provincial Police force pushing a young boy to the ground.

The approximately minute-long video shows two officers interacting with a boy at a skate park in Gravenhurst, Ont. One of the officers is then seen pushing the boy to the ground.

Police release internal policy on body cameras as program begins wider rollout across Toronto

The Toronto Police Service on Friday released its internal guidelines on the use of body-worn cameras to the public, citing a desire to increase transparency and accountability as the program expands across the city.
