COVID-19 case reported at Lake Vista School in Martensville, Sask.

The division said the SHA is conducting contact tracing

A person at the Lake Vista Public School in Martensville, Sask., has tested positive for COVID-19.
The Prairie Spirit School Division said the school community has been informed and the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be in touch with close contacts.
The school division said because of privacy reasons they cannot share details. The division said their thoughts are with the person and that everyone has the responsibility to decrease the risk of COVID-19 in schools.
Schools and families are reminded to remain diligent in doing their own daily health screening questions, staying home if they are ill, practising proper hand hygiene and physical distancing protocols, and calling HealthLine 811 if a person has COVID-19 symptoms.
