For many Canadians, Thanksgiving is a time to bring family around the table for a delicious feast.
But Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says this year, those gatherings might not be a good idea — until at least Christmas.
Canada's top doctor, Chief Public Health Officer Theresa Tam, says the country is at "a bit of a crossroads," and that Canadians' individual actions today will decide the COVID-19 pandemic's growth.
