Halifax police believe Harvey's parking lot shooting was a targeted incident

A male suspect was arrested and another suspect is still at large

Halifax Regional Police believe the shooting in the parking lot of a Harvey's restaurant on Tuesday was a targeted incident.
Police responded to a report of a shooting on Kempt Road around 2:50 p.m.
Shots were fired between two vehicles before both fled the area, police said in a news release.
A truck was stopped by police on Purcells Cove Road where a man connected to the incident was arrested, police spokesman Const. Dylan Jackman said Wednesday.
A second suspect is still at large. Police believe the people involved in the shooting know one another.
It's unclear if anyone was injured in the shooting.
