A Winnipeg School Division trustee who had been&nbsp;reported as last seen on Monday evening has been found, Winnipeg police said in a news release late Tuesday afternoon.

Police had previously reported that Cindy Murdoch, 39, had last been seen Monday evening in the Crescentwood neighbourhood.

Murdoch is the trustee for Ward 5 of the Winnipeg School Division.

Police said in a release shortly after 5 p.m. CT on Tuesday that she had been safely located, and thanked the public for their help.

A 14-year-old girl previously reported missing has been safely located, Winnipeg police say.

Police said Thursday they were looking for the teen, after she last posted to social media on April 9. On Friday, they said she had been located safely.

Cindy Murdoch has been safely found, police said Tuesday.
