Prime Minister Justin Trudeau kicked off an eight-day charm offensive in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia this past weekend, where he attended a meeting of the African Union, and is currently in Dakar, Senegal. It's all part of the Liberal government's efforts to get Canada a seat on the United Nations Security Council.
