Ottawa West–Nepean incumbent among Liberals vying for 2nd term

14 of region's 15 Liberals, including Anita Vandenbeld, have just 1 term under their belts

Of the 15 Liberals elected in eastern Ontario and western Quebec last time around, only David McGuinty has won more than one federal election.
One local trend to watch will be how those politicians fare the second time around.
The MP for Ottawa West–Nepean, a suburban riding west of the city's core where one-quarter of residents speak neither English nor French as a first language, was criticized by the federal ethics commissioner over robocalls she made on behalf of her husband's city council campaign.
