As progress continues on the Park House condos(external link) in downtown Prince George, another new housing development is coming to the city's historic George Street: a five-storey unit built to passive house standards that will be a mixture of office, retail and residential space.
Local developer Chris Leboe of Primex Properties said the decision to build downtown was spurred on by a mixture of seeing the success of Park House and the city's incentives for building in the downtown core.
