Westbound traffic on Route 2 north of Summerside will not be able turn left into the city on Friday at Granville Street.
Drivers in the western P.E.I. city ran into some long traffic lineups Wednesday at the intersection, where the province is putting in a roundabout .
The Department of Transportation said flaggers are trying to move traffic through as efficiently as possible.
Traffic is being routed around the construction site on temporary roads. The department said traffic should be moving a bit better on Thursday.
