Ingredients

  • ½ cup ginger ale
  • ¼ cup vanilla simple syrup
  • 1 cup Champagne
  • ¼ cup triple sec
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries

Preparation

Soak your popsicle sticks in water for 2 hours.
Mix your ginger ale with the simple syrup. Add the Champagne slowly, so it doesn’t bubble and overflow, then add your triple sec.
Fill your popsicle trays with some raspberries and blueberries — leave some room for the liquid, though!
Pour your Champagne mixture into the popsicle tray — use a funnel if that makes it easier. Place the lip on your popsicle tray and add your popsicle sticks. Stick the whole thing in the freezer.
