Fiat Chrysler Automotive&nbsp;Canada is reporting 2018 total sales of more than 220,000 vehicles.

Ram was their "top performer," according to a release, with almost 90,000 sales.&nbsp;

Auto sales dip 9.4% in November, marking 9 months of declines

Auto sales in Canada were down for the ninth straight month in November, dipping 9.4 per cent to 143,668 vehicles.

Fiat Chrysler takes earnings hit over potential costs from diesel probe

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles said Tuesday its third-quarter profits dropped nearly 40 per cent due to a one-off charge to cover possible payments in a U.S. diesel probe involving SUVs and light-duty pickups.

Fiat Chrysler's North American sales have risen, mainly with the sale of SUVs and pickups, but it is anticipating a hit from the diesel scandal.

Jeep sold 71,583 vehicles which is an increase of 2 per cent compared to 2017. It's also the third best sales year in Jeep's history.&nbsp;

In 2018, more than 9,500 Chrysler-brand vehicles were sold.&nbsp;

Dodge Challenger sales were up 1 per cent and Dodge Durango sales were up 7 per cent from 2017.&nbsp;

The new CEO of Fiat Chrysler, Mike Manley, announced the new management structure worldwide on Monday.

The Ram 1500 sales were up 4 per cent for December alone, with 2018 sales of 89,562 vehicles.&nbsp;

Overall,&nbsp;2018 sales were down 16 percent compared to FCA's previous year.

The Jeep brand reported sales of 4,002 vehicles for the month of December.
