When it comes to storytelling, one person reigns supreme: LeVar Burton.
For years, the Star Trek and Roots actor helped parents raise their children by sharing stories as the host of Reading Rainbow. The show encouraged a whole generation of young people to get out to the library and escape inside a good book.
Today, Burton is still telling stories, but now with his own podcast: LeVar Burton Reads. His mission is to get adults to take some time to enjoy a good story and listen to the ones he'll share through your headphones.
Burton joined Tom Power live in the Q(external link) studio to tell us more about his podcast in 2018, when he was in town for the Hot Docs Film Festival.
