Body pulled from irrigation canal in southeast Calgary

The fire department said it was an adult, but there are no further details at this time
A body was pulled from the irrigation canal near the Bow Waters Canoe Club in southeast Calgary on Monday, according to the Calgary Fire Department.
The area is just off 17th Avenue S.E. and Deerfoot Trail.
EMS said the body was a man in his 40s, but there are no further details at this time.
