For the first time ever, a graphic novel is in the running for the Man Booker Prize

Yesterday, the longlist for the 2018 Man Booker Prize was released. Two Canadian authors made the cut, Michael Ondaatje and Esi Edugyan, and for the first time ever, a graphic novel has also been nominated.
Nick Drnaso's Sabrina is about a woman that goes missing, and what happens in the fallout of that event. Today, Peter Birkemoe, who owns the renowned Toronto comic book shop, The Beguiling, joins guest host Chris dela Torre live in the q studio to talk about what makes this book so special.
