Officers were investigating call about dog attacking another pooch in Rosscarrack
The Calgary Community Standards department is investigating after one of its bylaw enforcement officers was bitten by a dog on Tuesday.
Officers were responding to a call that a dog had attacked another canine in the Rosscarrock at the 600 block of 41st Street S.W.
One of the pets escaped and bit the bylaw officer, officials say.
That dog was seized by Animal Services, and the bylaw officer was treated for his injuries.
