Therapy is a uniquely personal journey that not everyone can afford. The CBC podcast Other People's Problems(external link) glimpses into the private therapy sessions of eight people with their long-term counselor Hillary McBride.
With McBride's guidance they confront a variety of issues, from childhood trauma and break-ups to sexuality in marriage and anxiety management.
