As a young child Saara Chaudry was inspired by the story of Parvana, a brave young Afghani girl and heroine of the bestselling children's book, The Breadwinner. Fast forward a few years and Chaudry lands the role of voicing Parvana in Angelina Jolie's animated film adaptation of the story. Chaudry and producer Andrew Rosen sit down with Tom Power to talk about making the Oscar-nominated feature and what it was like for her to embody one of her childhood heroes.
