Charges laid in fatal hit-and-run of London cyclist

London police say a 38-year-old man is charged with leaving the scene of a crash causing death
London police have charged a Londoner in the hit-and-run death of an 85-year-old who was killed while cycling on Dundas Street in early January.
Tae-Khun 'Thomas' Ha was riding his bike in the area of Dundas and Hale Streets on Jan. 2 when he was struck. Ha died in hospital five days later.
Police said in mid-January they are looking for a 2011 to 2016 white Dodge Journey SUV. They said the SUV has damage on the passenger side and headlight areas.
The suspect vehicle was last seen going northbound on Highbury Avenue from Dundas Street.
On Tuesday, London police credited tips from the public for the arrest of a 38-year-old London man.
He was taken into custody on Monday and is charged with leaving the scene of a crash causing death.
