Every year, trend forecasters spin the colour wheel to predict the most popular shades for the months ahead. From the catwalk (Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors and Oscar de la Renta can't be wrong) to the beauty counter and the red carpet, this season's runaway hit is cobalt blue.
