To celebrate the 2018 Juno Awards, CBC Music has invited some of today's hottest Canadian acts to cover a past single of the year. This week's cover features Juno Award-winning singer-songwriter William Prince who takes on "Home," a track by this year's Juno Awards host, Michael Bublé. That song took home the prize for single of the year in 2006.
"I genuinely loved the song when I first heard it on the radio, and got to know a bit of Michael Bublé's story," says Prince, explaining why he chose to cover this track. "And sonically, it's such a pleasing tune to the ear, it's one of those soft-delivered, but still ends up picking you up kinds of song."
The 47th Juno Awards air Sunday, March 25, 2018, on CBC Television.
