Juma is an educator, researcher and community organizer
Faith Juma is a researcher and educator whose work deals with cultural relevance and place-based education.
She works both in the Waterloo Region and in Guatemala City facilitating cultural-based education programmes and training for racialized kids in those areas.
She is passionate about research, teaching, and travel, and brings those worlds together by facilitating storytelling workshops for kids.
Faith brings her love of the spoken word to CBC KW's community co-host project, December 22 from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
