Highway re-opened following accident

Highway was closed about four hours
RCMP have reopened a section of Route 2 in western P.E.I., closed following a single-vehicle accident Thursday morning.
The highway, between Foy Road and Gard Road, near Bloomfield, reopened shortly before 1 p.m., after being closed for about four hours.
RCMP have not released any details on the accident. They said those details would be released late Thursday afternoon.
